However, in rare cases of errors or damage, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and fairly.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, spoiled, or at an unsafe temperature, please follow the steps below:
You must inform us within 2 hours of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.
Requests made after this window cannot be processed due to the perishable nature of our goods.

To process your claim, please send clear, well-lit photographs of the affected item(s) while still in their original, unopened packaging.
This helps us verify the issue and maintain accountability with our delivery partners.
Once our team verifies the issue, and it’s confirmed to be an error on our part (e.g., packing mistake, transit damage), we will offer one of the following options at your choice:

🚚 Free re-delivery of the correct item(s) at the earliest available time
We cannot offer compensation for products that have been mishandled, improperly stored, or cooked incorrectly after delivery.
Once the delivery agent leaves and the product has been accepted, the responsibility for maintaining temperature and freshness lies with the customer.
