We exclusively sell fresh, raw, and perishable pork products. Due to the nature of these items, specific return and refund conditions apply.
2.1 Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a product of equivalent quality and value. You will be notified if this happens.
2.2 Pack Sizes:
Products are available in fixed pack sizes — 250g, 500g, 1kg, and 2kg.
Weights shown are approximate net weights before packaging.
2.3 Pricing:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the one active at the time of your order placement.
2.4 Order Acceptance:
Your order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of your request, not a guarantee of fulfillment.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to reasons like unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.

All payments must be completed through our authorized payment gateway.
We do not store or share your full card details.
3.2 Payment Failure:
If payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.
4.1 Delivery Commitment:
We will deliver products to the address you provide within the specified delivery time window.
4.2 Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to issues such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or restricted access, we may charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order without refund, as the products are perishable.
4.3 Acceptance of Goods:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Once the delivery agent leaves and the product is accepted, the responsibility for freshness and storage transfers to you.
5.1 Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided the preparation or packaging hasn’t started.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
